Hi! We’re David & Xiyue ("She-way"), a husband-and-wife team—and small business owners just like you. We run Japanese Kaiwa, an online Japanese language school.

Like many local business owners, we’ve faced the same challenges:

1. How many households will receive the postcard?

Each month, our postcard is mailed to around 2,500 high-income households in a targeted local zone in Kyle & Buda. These are carefully selected neighborhoods filled with your ideal customers.

2. Will the same people get the postcard every month?

Nope! We rotate zones monthly, so each mailing reaches a fresh audience. This gives you continuous exposure to new neighborhoods and expands your local reach in Kyle & Buda.

3. What happens after all the zones are covered?

Once we’ve completed a full cycle in Kyle & Buda, we simply start again from Zone 1. That means ongoing brand exposure and a chance to be seen multiple times by different areas over time.

4. Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Absolutely not. There’s no contract and no pressure—you can cancel anytime. That said, to get the best results and build recognition, we recommend joining for at least 3–6 months. Just note: if you cancel and your spot is taken by a competitor, we can’t guarantee you a spot again due to our one-business-per-industry rule.

5. Will I be competing with other businesses like mine on the postcard?

No way. We have a strict no direct competition policy. Each industry gets one exclusive spot per zone—so your business stands out without any local rivals on the same mailing.

6. What’s the turnaround time from sign-up to delivery?

From acceptance to mailbox, the whole process takes about 6 weeks. We want to ensure your brand is presented in the best light possible—and that takes just a bit of thoughtful prep.

7. Who handles the design, printing, and mailing?

We do! You just send us your info and logo, and we take care of everything—from designing your ad to printing and mailing it. It’s completely hands-off for you, so you can stay focused on growing your business.

8. How much does it cost to join the co-op mailing?

It’s just $298 per month to feature your business on our shared community postcard, which gets mailed to approximately 2,500 high-income local households in a specific zone. That breaks down to less than $0.12 per postcard—a fraction of the cost of doing direct mail solo. By sharing the printing and mailing costs with other trusted local businesses, you get big exposure for a small price.
